Marchmont undertook the $2.8m development of 4,500 m2 of under-utilised prime industrial land with two street frontages in the busy industrial area of Welshpool.

This project required the construction of 150m of road for council requirements and the site now houses approximately 2,500 m2 of warehouse and office comprising four tenancies at an on-completion value of approximately $2.8m.
