Marchmont was responsible for the development of 13,200 m2 of prime industrial land with two street frontages in the busy Kewdale industrial area.

Imola includes approximately 7,000 m2 of office, showroom and warehouse comprising 22 strata lots.

Marchmont undertook the complete project management, sales and leasing negotiation, project tendering and arranging the financing from the initial concept through to handover to the purchasers and tenants.

Imola Business Park was completed in March 2006 with a current value estimated at $15 million.
