Gate1
Gate1 is a vibrant 22 000 sqm retail, office and commercial precinct being developed by Marchmont in partnership with Westralia Airports Commission (WAC). It will be located at the corner of Whitham Road and Horrie Miller Drive near Tonkin Highway at Kewlink East, Kewdale, Western Australia.
Gate1 will be the pivotal “town centre” business village of Kewlink East. A high quality mixed commercial and retail development in an imaginatively landscaped parkland environment, Gate1 will be Kewlink East’s living heart on a prominent “gateway” site.
The design features buildings in a sophisticated contemporary urban style framed by a boulevard of trees and piazzas. Ample, easily accessible parking will be an important feature of the design.
The development and design concept expresses a sense of destination within an intensively landscaped parkland environment creating a fusion of retail, commerce and community where people will meet, shop, eat and do business.
The first stage will be the “town centre” of the precinct accommodating retail and commercial areas designed around a central piazza-style area.
The second stage will consist of an office/commercial building.
