Marchmont redeveloped a federation era Salvation Army hall (circa 1895) located on Barlee Street, just off the busy social precinct of Beaufort Street in Mt Lawley.
The building is approximately 185m2 of hall and is currently Marchmont’s offices. The building is characterised by its strong architecture, and includes the Marchmont signature splash of red on the front door!
