This project included the redevelopment of 11,000 m2 of under-utilised prime industrial land with two street frontages and the construction of approximately 6,000 m2 of warehouse/office comprising six tenancies.
Marchmont undertook the complete project management, lease negotiation, project tendering and arranging the financing from the initial concept through to handover to the tenants.
