David Henry
David Henry started working in property whilst employed by Shell where he handled acquisitions, property upgrades and disposals throughout the Australian network of petrol station sites. David was instrumental in Shell making its first move into commercial property development when he led the development of an apartment complex on land that Shell owned at Canning Bridge.
After Shell, David went to the Doric Group where he set up a new property development business. In approximately two years at Doric David managed projects with a combined value of more than $175Â million. These projects included a 102 apartment development at Secret Harbour in Western Australia.
