Ben Dudley
Ben Dudley holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. As a solicitor employed by Mallesons Stephen Jaques before forming Marchmont with Glen, Ben provided sophisticated and commercially focused advice in connection with capital raisings, ASX listings, public company takeovers, business sales and acquisitions as well as Corporations Act and company secretarial advice. Ben also worked on large scale property sales and acquisitions, developments and remediation.
